LONDON

chester crescent

This property is a three-storey property set in the heart of East London. Refurbishment took place on the ground floor and an en-suite bathroom.

The ground floor consisted of a separate kitchen/dining room, and rear reception room. The aim of the refurbishment was to open up the ground floor, transforming a dark and confined layout into an open plan single space, separated by a peninsular kitchen unit.

A triple-panelled glass and aluminium sliding door was installed at the rear of the house, connecting the ground floor the outside decking area. This maximised the light entering the space, and transformed the entire environment.

Along with the installation of a high-spec kitchen using a mixture of walnut and Hanex
worktops, a combination of engineered oak flooring, and bespoke joinery on an under stair storage unit give this refurbishment a modern and luxurious atmosphere.

On the 2nd flood, a small en-suite bathroom was remodelled to include a Velux window,

stone-tiled flooring and built-in recessed shelf unit.

'Andrew and the team at OH Construction delivered our renovations on time and in budget and exceed our expectations. We are so happy with the standard of work and the professional manor in which the project was managed. Our budget was tight but OH Construction helped advise on how to get the most from our money. Living in the house whilst the building work took place was hard but they made every effort to tidy at the end of every day which made a huge difference.'
