Located in vibrant Walthamstow this project involved a single story rear extension. 
The kitchen was tired and had an out of date conservatory at the back. 

Demolishing the conservatory opened up the ground capacity for a new kitchen/dining room extension. Bi-fold doors/skylights and a mock sash window were added to let light penetrate through the property. Finally, iroko decking was installed with steps leading down to the garden.

We were nervous about turning our house into a building site and our decision to continue to live there for the majority of the build, however, Andrew and his team ensured the construction work was as unobtrusive as possible, keeping their site organized and tidy.  Even when we were not living in the house they continued to keep it as clean as they could.  

Andrew's friendly approach made our regular meetings enjoyable as we watched our plans come together. The little things such as introducing himself to our neighbours at the start of the project are an example of how Andrew exceeded our expectations.
